How to monitor mysql8 with zabbix-agent4?

On the same host, in stock containers, mysql8 and zabbix-agent are running (each in its own way). Accordingly, how to control this very mysql8?
"Putting" zabbix-agent inside mysql container and vice versa is not an option.
