2 HDDs on one 931GB on the other 1.4TB. Transfer capacity is 590GB.
At first there was a speed of 40MBs, then 20MBs, then generally 1-8MBs.
tried 4 times. Ubuntu 16.04.7 Live CD system. sdb (2TB) in fdisk -l sees after a while (loads).

When there were 2 disks (1 with a hornbeam1 and win7 2-2TB), everything was fine

copying 12.6 GB files started at 40MBs and started to fall (suddenly to 20 and now it falls a little bit
