How to make your own sshd from ssd and hdd?

There are 2 external drives sata usb:
ssd 240GB, hdd 2TB.
Drives most of the time are used to read game files from them, connected to the xbox one x. And now I want to cache data for reading on ssd from hdd.
On a PC, there is special software for this, on the console the application sandbox is very limited and it will not allow you to do this programmatically on the console itself.
Yes, you can manually transfer games from hdd to ssd on the console - but the transfer of the game takes about 10 minutes, but you just want to click and play.

There is also a ready-made sshd 8 + 480GB - it shows an increase in the speed of loading games, but it has a small volume.

So this is what kind of unicameral computer or microcontroller and software on it to use in order to:

  1. connect ssd and hhd to it;
  2. it performed data caching on ssd;
  3. it could be connected to the console as the most common external usb drive?

Fundamentally ignorant of the topic, please pass by, and do not write "none"

No.
A computer is not a storage device.
