Why is the number group for incoming calls not working (issabel 4, asterisk 11)?

The first time I set up an ip telephony server. Virtual-box system, Issabel 4, asterisk 11, external - two e1550 modems chan_dongle module.
Set up modem trunks, three internal numbers 100, 101, 102. Also set up outgoing and incoming routes. Everything is OK, calls in all directions.
The problem appeared when I created and connected a call group (ring groups) to the incoming route (inbound routes).

settings: Incoming route settings

When calling an incoming route, it is immediately reset (hangs up), if I specify any extension number in the direction of the call, instead of the group, the call goes through successfully.
If in the group settings I specify the extension number "if no one answered", then the call immediately comes to it.

@Nazariy

In the logs:
Failed to execute '/var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/dialparties.agi': Permission denied
The agi script does not execute. It is necessary to give the asterisk the rights to execute scripts in the /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/ directory
