Asterisk Realtime with DPMA?

Greetings! I am using asterisk realtime(ARA) on Asterisk 16(PJSIP). Using Asterisk realtime using DPMA(3.5.4) I encounter a problem (contacting sip proxy, communication error) when registering phones (Digium D40 and D70), phones are not registered. After some time (somewhere 40-80 seconds), phones load the configuration and start working. Settings related to pjsip.conf are in the database, res_digium.conf is static and not in the database. How can I solve the problem? Thank you in advance!
