Why is the log not being sent?

Set up mail on Mikrotik. The test letter is delivered without problems, everything is correct. I decided to try to set up sending log messages by mail. In Logging, on the Actions tab, I created a new action name=emailalert type=email, specified the address, checked the Start TLS checkbox. Added rules topics=error, prefix="login failure";action=emailalert to Rules.
But during the test, I see the message Error sending email, TLS handshake failed in the logs.
What could be the problem? Used by Yandex.Mail for domain.
