Mikrotik how to force a packet received on one router and transmitted via OVPN to return through the Internet interface of the receiving router?

Good afternoon. There are 2 networks with mikrotik routers in the head. Network number 1 has a white IP network number 2 is behind the provider's NAT. OVPN is configured between networks. The packages run great. The second network has video surveillance. I did port forwarding from network #1 to network #2 via OVPN. Packets arrive. But for some reason they are sent back from the external interface of router No. 2. Naturally, the client software does not accept them.

Actually the question is: how to make responses from video surveillance come back through OVPN to router number 1 and from there to the Internet?

What I have already tried:
On video surveillance, I installed mikrotik IP gateway No. 1, it did not help.

At the same time, I can easily watch video surveillance from network No. 1. And access the resources of network No. 1 from the second.

Let's consider on the diagram an arrow from M.№1 to M.№2, signed "Entering for video surveillance".
Specify for these packets: source IP address - white address M.#1?
There must be an internal address assigned by the OVPN settings.

Perversion is rare, but what to do)
Two options:
- masquerade traffic on the OVPN interface MIK 1 towards VIDEO
- configure a separate routing table for VIDEO on MIK 2 - it will be difficult)))
Why is this happening? - because the VIDEO server sees the client's IP, this IP is white, and according to the routing rules on MIC 2 it goes to default GW.
