RB2011UiAS-2HnD vlan routing?

There is a task to connect the port of the specified router with the ubiquity WiFi dish, the ubiquity in the default vlan has control, the control actually works fine.
in vlan 100 there is a network of guests, you need to run DHTsP in this network and route + connect to the Internet
in vlan 200 is the SID of the local network. This vlan should fly to the bridge to users who work in the corresponding bridge on some ports of the router (Mikrotik gives them DHTsP, NAT, releases to the Internet, routes to other ports that have other office grids, such as printers, telephony, etc.), actually the question how to implement it? I tried to create vlans 100 and 200, bind them to the port where the plate hangs and waits for data to arrive on these vlans (checked the checkbox to use the tag), I attached the IP to the 100th vlan (which was supposed to become the default gateway in this network), hung up the DHCP server - the result no .. I believe that all available interfaces and all created vlans are different ports of the same router, the traffic between them should be routed according to the rules, but the trouble is that the ethernet ports confirm my theory, but the vlans do not.
