How to set up RIP2 routing?

Hello, I want to set up dynamic routing between branches, the task is new for me and I want to be sure that my action plan is correct, I ask for advice.
We have:
3 offices with a static ip, Mikrotiki play the role of a Gateway, ipsec tunnels are raised between them and there is routing between them, packets go between networks, but I would like to do everything using RIP2 dynamic routing.
Where to start building it all, judging by the instructions, there is nothing difficult there, but there is a question, do I still need an IPSEC tunnel? So? and rules of Firewall which are configured for ipsec to leave too?

If the routers are connected directly, then it is possible without a tunnel. If they are on the Internet and communicate with each other using an ipsec tunnel, then everything will depend on the type of tunnel.
The fact is that RIPv2 and OSPF use multicast, and simple site2site ipsec does not seem to support multicast (as far as I remember, correct me if I'm wrong.) You need to raise IPsec, throw a GRE or IPIP tunnel in it and drive dynamic routing into them . RIP and OSPF are easy to enable, just enable them on all interfaces that will be routed + tunnel interfaces
