Mikrotik/RouterOS. Emulation of a bad communication channel. Is it possible to?

There are two subnets working (192.168.10.0/24) and test (10.8.0.0/24), Mikrotik gateway. You need to simulate a bad link for the test subnet. Fluctuating speed, floating ping, random dropouts. Is it possible to implement this using RouterOS tools?

Bad ping and random drops are possible in principle. Well, that is, you can do this:
1. Create rules that will drop, say, every third packet.
2. Create QoS trees that will slaughter the strip.
3. Create scripts and schedules that these rules will include from time to time.
This is pure synthetic, but it will look like errors in the channel.
