Why is the Less compiler not working in PhpStorm?

I installed node, installed the less module, enabled the "Less support" plugin, registered "File Watchers" in the settings:

As a result, it does nothing except give out something that is not clear, and I can not find how to fix the encoding:

Who knows, tell me how the encoding is in this console to change, or in general what is it? Thanks in advance.

What kind of crazy nonsense are you doing. Jet Brains has a loess compiler plugin, install it and you will have a holidayhttp://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/7059?pr=idea

LESS CSS Compiler - I have this plugin, it works great.

Rebooting the system should help. PATH was changed when installing Node. At least it helped me. And one more thing... I think it's better to compile less this way, because plugins tend to "fall off" when new versions of Storm are released
