In laravel 5.1, queues is not the same as CommandBus in 5.0, right?

Judging by the docks, the command bus in laravel with the version below took over the almost service layer and unloaded the controllers doing all the work, but in 5.1 Queues, as I understand it, they changed the CommandBus , but they no longer have such a goal (at least in the docks about this word) is that right? service layer, out of the box now?
