How to connect to docker/docker-compose from PHPStorm on a remote machine?

I have a Windows 10 machine with PHPStorm installed and a debian dev server with docker-compose installed. How to connect to it from PHPStorm? Everything is on the same network, there is access via ssh, samba. In principle, since the dev server can be installed anything
