Why won't PHPStorm connect to MySQL database?

Hello! For some reason PHPStorm is not connecting to MySQL database. When I try to connect, I get an error:
Error: org/jetbrains/dekaf/jdbc/SqliteIntermediateFacade
What could be the reason?

You must have copied the new version of PHPStorm over the previous one. In this case, most likely you have 2 dekaf-single-*.jar files in the plugins/DatabaseTools/lib directory of your IDE. Delete the older one so that only one remains.
