Is it possible to assign a hotkey to rename a word?

There is a word that often has to be replaced by another throughout the script, is it possible to create a template with hot keys for this action?
For example, can I change alert to console.log in the script, can it be implemented using a hotkey?

Record a macro. And in the settings (File | Settings | Keymap) put a hotkey on it.
Edit -> Macros -> Start Macro Recording
