PhpStrom indexes files over and over again without stopping. What to do?

PhpStrom indexes files over and over again without stopping. What to do?
And sometimes it stops for a couple of minutes, and then again. Because of this, the difficulty with renaming files and tracking the positions of functions, and so on.

I'm running the latest version of WordPress on my local machine via OpenServer. Maybe it's important
