What are the optimal system requirements for PhpStorm?

I have a PC, it is complex based on AMD.
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600,
MB: TUF B450-pro
RAM: DDR4, 16GB
SSD: 250 GB, 550 MB/s
Graphics: GeForce GTX 1070
OS: Linux Ubuntu 18.04
PhpStorm 2020.01 Working
as a programmer and currently writing a project on Laravel and Vue. js, the project is not small, and my PhpStorm IDE often freezes, especially when I work with JS. Please tell me what should I do to make everything work fine. Tried to optimize the IDE, didn't help. There is nothing superfluous in the system, only browsers, slack, phpstorm and docker. I also have a ssd with 2200 mb/s, Windows is installed on it, maybe it makes sense to transfer Linux to it? Or do you need to upgrade something?
