Why are files and directories not showing up in Remote Host in PhpStorm?

I'm setting up deployment via FTP in PhpStorm. When I check the connection to the server (Test FTP connection...), then Storm tells me that success, there is a connection.
But when I open Remote Host, the files and directories are not there. The accesses themselves are correct, if you go through FileZilla, then everything is fine.
Why is this happening and how to fix it?

In the FTP connection:
Advanced options -> Configuration, you need to set Passive Mode.
