iLife and iWork packages come free with new devices.
apparently you bought your iPhone before these packages came with it. or, if you bought it second-hand, then the free license went into the account of the previous owner. or, if you are the first owner of the phone, then, perhaps, the sellers in the salon activated it, it often happens due to illiteracy (or even on purpose) and then dropped it.
