Can I use my iPhone as an RDP terminal to an external screen?

There is a need for business trips to work on a remote server, connecting via VPN via RDP. Now I use a Samsung 500T tablet for this, connecting to local monitors via HDMI. I would like to lighten my bag even more ... Can I use the iPhone as a terminal by connecting a keyboard and mouse to it via BT, and a monitor through a native adapter?
If not, is it possible to use an Android tablet for this purpose?

there will be no problems with the keyboard, but connecting a mouse, perhaps with difficulty and there are no official methods - it is only possible to connect a Bluetooth mouse using a jailbreak (the Magic Mouse connection is especially popular here). By the way, in this case, the "wheel" function will be unavailable. The RDP client is present from both Microsoft and third-party developers. It will be possible to connect the monitor via airplay as well as via a lightning to HDMI adapter

PS: Mac mini will be the most compact and comfortable for business trips
