Missing images on the site?

Hello. The problem is this - there is a site whose background image consists of a video + black with an alpha channel + one more picture. On all devices, everything is displayed normally - video in the background, blackout and picture, BUT on IpadPro and Iphone 6s Plus, the video goes to the foreground and nothing is visible except for it
. What could be the reason for this disaster?
On the iPhone, the loading of the site generally stops halfway and tightly!
