The favicon was updated on the server more than a month ago. In Yandex, everything is fine, updated.
What's wrong?

Yandex scans in its own way - it simply looks for favicon.ico in the root and caches it. Google is different.
You need to specify an absolute link to the favicon: https://site.ru/favicon.ico. Google won't index without it.
