List of keywords?

If I have decided on the theme of the site, where can I get a list of keywords that form a niche for the subsequent compilation of the semantic core?
Let's say I have a site about roofs and I entered the query "roof" in wordstat, there I get a bunch of rubbish like:
roof 1 958 782
roof of the world 458 464
roof of the house 164 666
watch roof 157 200
series roof 147 663
roof of the world series 145 923

But these are not the queries that reflect the content of my site. And where to get exactly those queries that will be tailored for articles?

You can only make a list of requests that are suitable for the site manually. Any service will give you a list of all requests in a row, from which you need to manually select those that you need. If you don't want to buy the compilation of the semantic core.
From the services with which you can pick up requests:
https://wordstat.yandex.ru/
it has a very convenient extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/yandex-w...
there are other different services, I like http://seranking.ru/ most of all + there are a lot of useful things for promotion
