Why is the drive only visible in the BIOS?

I have an old computer on a G311T-M7 motherboard.
It works fine with a 2 TB disk, and a 240 GB SSD.
The BIOS detects a third 500 GB disk, Seagate Barracuda,
but not Device Manager, Disk Management, Other software. Even DISKPART does not see it
The problem is present on Windows 7 / 10

On another PC, this disk is displayed and works fine. The disk is new, SMART is in excellent condition, BAD is missing
SATA is also in order

I did not find the reason, but the problem was solved by installing Windows on it

Maybe it is not for windows, or there are no drivers for it on the computer.

If the disk is visible in the BIOS, then for the sake of interest, you can see what R.tester will show you .
He has access to disks just well organized for cases like yours, in a way. Works without installation.
