Why is the disk constantly resynchronizing?

After a power outage, two servers went out. On both software RAID.
1) 2008 r2 TMG passed Resynchronization of disks, the status is GOOD, but the inscription (Loading, Paging File, Crash Dump) constantly hangs.
Before the crash, there was no crash dump.
2) 2008 DC2 (in addition to spinning the Kaspersky server + sql to it, DNS) There, synchronization has been going on for more than 3 hours.

Do I understand correctly that the disk cannot be resynchronized because Kaspersky interferes with it?

"Crash dump" means that windows will dump the memory dump on this partition when it crashes. Standard behavior of all versions of windows on nt cores.
