Why is the connection with Yandex and Mail.ru reset in Google Chrome?

In Google Chrome, when opening the main (and not only) pages of Yandex_ru and Mile_ru, the connection is constantly reset, in about 90-95% of cases. Issued:
"Unable to access the site
Connection reset.
Try the following:
Refresh the page.
Check your Internet connection.
Check your proxy server and firewall settings.
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET"
Constantly have to click refresh the page to finally enter the site. This does not happen with any other sites. All Google Chrome settings are set to default (recommended). Firefox and IE don't see this.
What could be the reason, where to dig?
PS I use a licensed Kaspersky antivirus, but it seems to have nothing to do with it, if Yandex and Mile.ru open normally through other browsers?
