Error installing google chrome extension, what should I do?

Good afternoon, download a file from a file hosting service, after that, a Chinese antivirus was installed, removed it, but now there are problems with Google Chrome, when installing the extension it knocks out an error, what should I do? (Google didn't find anything)
Tried reinstalling chrome, uninstalled it, deleted guts/all folders. It still gives an error.
