Broken lettering when loading toaster?

Some time ago, when loading the toaster page, this began to happen - when loading the page, underloaded paragraphs seem to be spoiled (see screenshot), until the page is fully loaded.

A bit annoying. How to get rid?

I have the latest hardware, the latest Windows with all updates and drivers, the latest version of chrome ... but still the fonts float on the toaster ((
There is only one solution at the moment: use not chrome / browsers with the chromium engine Z.s.
Although when the setup there was no such thing on AMD FX. Perhaps the system on Intel is somehow involved in the case
