Why is the app content reloading?

I went into the application with ads, found something, I’m not aware of the details, I turn off, I go into the browser and google. I read, I turn off, I go to the first application, it reloads the content. I go to the browser, it reloads my tab. What kind of nonsense? And how to fix it?

Judging by the browser, there is not enough memory, and the manager throws background applications out of memory. When you restart, everything is recreated.
