Why won't Nvidia Shield Tablet start?

I reset the tablet (Nvidia Shield Tablet) to the factory settings (it was android 6.0), at first everything went as it should (well, the tablet rebooted, the android icon appeared and the deletion inscription appeared) and now the actual problem itself, the deletion inscription lasts +/- 30min, after which the error message appears and the tablet turns off when you turn on the inscription delete .... and so on ad infinitum .... How to fix this? and what's up with him?
