For example, pdf from the mail, I click, open with ... Whatever program I try, the file is not transferred to the program
or in the TG I click on the video "open with ...", I choose any application - it opens, but the file is not transferred there.

In this case, the program files are normally opened directly, for example, if you download and open the program.
