Why is Skype loading hard drive at 100%?

Hello! In the morning I ran into the problem of hanging skype. I got into the task manager, and saw that the HDD was 100% loaded, and it was loaded with Skype.

No updates are available in Skype, I tried to restart the computer, but nothing has changed
What could be the problem? Skype was working fine yesterday.

I also had such a problem,
it turned out that Skype conflicts with mTorrent because they try to use the same ports

If your default browser is not donkey, make it your default browser and look at how Skype behaves.

Backdoor? Skype from office site taken? Maybe with ports, check the "Use ports 80 and 443" checkbox in the settings.
