Just try. Most likely, you will receive an answer already at two (there will be no video broadcast).
I didn't find the answer on their site either (they just aren't there now, the community is suggested ). My data is old. The paid version removed restrictions on video broadcasting. And only after that the question arises of the maximum number of participants.
