How to remove Skype integration from Chrome?

Sorry, I'm dumb... Alzheimer's must have crept up...
There is a SIP dialer on my computer and I want it to work out the call by clicking on the phone number (1), and not Skype.

How can I get rid of this crap? (2)
I did not find anything similar in the Skype settings.
Pressing "Remember ..." and "Cancel" (as advised in these your internets) doesn't really help.
Found a solution for Windows by poking around in the registry, but this is a Mac.
Kick pliz in the right direction.

Isn't this configured in AMO? judging by the screen, you have AmoCRM.

Perhaps this is in the permissions of the sites (the "handlers" item).

xs what is there with site permissions, but the page has always been parsed with extensions

It changes in the system settings.
For win10
System / Default applications / Select standard applications for protocols
or
System / Default applications / Set default by application / Find your dialer in the list / Use this program as default
