Why does Skype only work through a proxy?
An incomprehensible problem happened with Skype. On the same computer, the web version works under Ubuntu, and under Windows 10, neither the web version (a short piece of the site without a list of contacts) nor the desktop version (endless loading) work. If proxying is enabled in the browser, then the web version works fine.
The IP addresses that the desktop version accesses are not available (52.114.75.69, etc.) Tell me
, what could be the reason? I suspect that something with the network settings of Windows, but what? .. There is no antivirus.
