Why is power not being supplied to usb and some GPIO RPI 2 B?

Good day.
The essence of the problem is this: I decided to make an interesting device out of raspberries, because some connectors were unnecessary (hdmi, all usb, camera, sound, Internet), and also in order to save space in the future case, I decided to unsolder unused connectors, but after that by almost half of the legs GPIO is not powered, as well as the pins of the usb connector.
What could be the problem?

There is also a multi-layer board, probably. It could be anything and anywhere.
