Why is it not connected via winbox to Mikrotik?

Hello! It costs RB1100AHx2, firmware 6.35.2. I set up Mikrotik according to the article https://habrahabr.ru/post/244385/ . I used a configuration with channel balancing according to rigidly prescribed rules. Of the nuances: 2 locales are used (192.168.1.0/24 and 192.168.88.0/24 (88.0 for ip telephony)), one provider connects via pppoe, the second via static ip. Lokalka works, the Internet too, ports are thrown, work normally. I connect to the server on windows, I connect and work through winbox normally. If you try to connect to Mikrotik via winbox from an external device, then nothing happens. The pings are working fine. The assept rule has all the input, put it first in the firewall. Where did you do it wrong?

You most likely have a problem with packet routing. For example, this can happen if the request came through one provider, and the response was sent through another provider. Check if the balancing settings are correct and see how the packets go on the network.
