What is the firmware version?
Until 6.41 - prescribe vlans to the necessary ports and combine them into a bridge.
Starting from 6.41 - add ports to the bridge and on the VLAN tab specify which ports belong to which vlan, also on the Ports tab in the properties you can specify the default vlan of the port

A very vague question. It is also not clear what is "accept" and "give" vlan. It seems that vlan either exists or it doesn't...
The settings of port 5 and 6 will not differ much from port 1, except for the addition of two new vlans.
