Why is Flash Player freezing?

It's just that the flash player freezes (on all sites, as well as youtube) when watching a video.
The hardware is not weak (Dell XPS L702x laptop - i7, 6 gb RAM, nvidia 550m 1gb)...
What could be causing the flash to freeze?

The Intel GMA 3000 card is extremely inadequate and weak.
Try to run Chrome or Firefox with an Nvidia card, if it doesn't hang, then everything is fine.
