There is an exe that contains animation, is it possible to make a web page out of it?

Or do you have to redo everything? If you have to translate everything manually into either flash or canvas, is it possible to at least get static pictures from exe?

Search for: "swf to fla". There is a program that can help you get resources from the project. But I'm not sure if it can work with exe files. If you don’t know how, then look for a way how to get swf from exe first, and only then through the program that you google you can get all the graphics directly from swf.
And only then do whatever you want with this graphics, you can also stir up animation on the site, through canvas or something else.
