Is it worth learning flash in 2015?

I work as a layout designer at a company that develops flash games. There is very little layout work - I do not develop professionally. And the experience is only 3 months - I'm afraid to change jobs will not work. Is it worth learning flash in 2015 or has this technology outlived its usefulness?
