Is there a video player for a site like on megogo.net?

I am looking for (to buy) a video player (with sources) for the site, I need a player like on megogo.net . It would be nice if the software package immediately had solutions for a tablet and a phone. It is important that the player's license does not restrict the rights to modify or change the player in any way. Thanks to all.
PS - I'm practically looking for a complete CMS for video hosting.
PS - need a player with support for multiple language tracks

They are not suitable for broadcasting, players, there is html5.
