Why is content that was deleted a long time ago when switching the language displayed?

Good afternoon, I don't know what to do anymore, and why this is happening.
There is a website made with Divi Theme, translation done with WPML plugin.
They decided to change the slider, removed the old one in the builder, and filled in the new one. But when switching to English, German, French, the old content is still displayed, which physically should have already sunk into oblivion. What's happening? I broke my head. www.runforthewhales.it/wp

Have other versions of the materials (pages/posts) been deleted, since when deleting pages/posts/slides of the main language, others are not automatically deleted.
If that doesn't help, try something else. Temporarily disable the WPML plugin and see the pages/posts/slides you still see.
And finally, the third option, go to the WPML - Support tab - find the line "For extended access, as well as to completely remove WPML and all language data, use the diagnostics page."
