Why is CODIAD not updating files?

If someone worked with CODIAD development environment, tell me how to solve the problem. When changing files, the system suddenly stopped writing them to a file on the server. What could be causing the problem? (relevant for a specific user, regardless of the machine, manifests itself over time for any user)
