Why is AMD Radeon HD 7500M/7600M Series not working?

Good day! My AMD Radeon HD 7500M/7600M Series graphics card is not working.
In the properties of the video card, it says "Drivers for this device are not installed.". I installed the driver, installed, started rebooting and blue screen VIDEO_TDM_FAILURE.
I dealt with this error, but I don't understand why I can't install drivers and work with the video card. If anything, I have an Intel Core I5 4 GB of RAM. Can you please advise what is causing this and how to fix it.
