Why else can the Rongtava 58mm receipt printer fall asleep?
Hello.
There is a receipt printer "Rongta 58mm":
It works well in general, but there is a trouble with which the whole "GOOGLE"
has been rummaged.
During a long idle time, the printer stops printing until you reboot it.
at the same time in "1C" the check breaks through but does not come out of the printer.
In the power scheme, disabling usb ports will turn off,
sleep mode, etc. I turned it off too.
But the printer still falls asleep after about an hour and a half.
At other points (On other PCs ), this behavior was not observed in the printer.
This PC has "windows" 7 installed .
I even downloaded a utility from the website to disable sleep mode in the driver. but it was already disabled by default.
Help who than can whether there are any pitfalls? maybe I missed something.
Thank you very much in advance.

Click to expand USB Root Hub and click the Power Management tab
Uncheck the option to Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power and click OK
Note: You may see multiple listings for USB Root Hub, uncheck this option for all USB Root Hubs .
It could be a hardware issue, specifically on the motherboard. Try to put an additional USB controller in the PCI slot and connect the printer to it.
Sometimes it may be enough to reverse the plug in the socket or turn off the refrigerator - as USB has insufficient protection against interference.
