Network printers not printing?

And ALL. 5 different HP and 2 Samsung. In different places. Tasks go nowhere. They do not remain in the queue and do not generate errors. Scanners from MFU-shek, at the same time, work properly. With USB connection - everything is in order. Printing to a PDF printer is fine. The test page, however, produces an error. Printed but wrong. Troubleshooting does not reveal problems. There seems to be nothing suspicious in the spooler. All are connected by IP. They ping. WIN8.1 x64. Where to paddle?

1. Are the printers available over IP?
on http: // IP comes to them?
2. driver versions?
3. check the performance with another OS. Win7 \ any Linux \ Macos
4. Are the printers connected via IP to each computer - without a print server?
Try to clean out the printer drivers on the test machine (the main thing here is to kill the entire zoo of non-virtual device drivers, if any, leaving only pdf - samsung driver - HP driver (upd) as well as microsoft xps, easyprint and the like), in the properties of the print server add IP ports (manually), manually add the appropriate drivers and after that add printers by selecting the desired port.

Did you test from the same computer or different ones?
If from one then just try to roll back the system.
