Why don't settings save on cloned OSX Lion?

Macbook Pro 13 Late 2011
Bought an SSD. After some experimentation, I installed the HDD in place. HDD in optibe. Cloned the system with Carbon Copy Cloner.
Discorder crashes.
The shortcuts thrown out of the dock reappear.
The SSD, which is now essentially a system one, does not appear in Devices in the left pane of the Finder. It is possible to put it there, only after rebooting it is not there again.
Saving Safari preferences also fails. After the reboot, they remain as they were before the changes.

I advise you to use Time Machine Backup, there will be fewer problems, much :)

Did you copy with SafetyNet enabled? Maybe she glitched in the copy
