The problem is that Yandex ads are not shown to other users. It only shows up on one computer from which I installed it on WordPress, and it just doesn't show up on other computers. In the version for mobile devices, ads are not shown on more than one smartphone at all. What could be the issue here?

The reasons may be different:

1) Site cache. If you have the Autoptimize, Fastest Cache, Super Cache, etc. caching plugin installed, then just clear the cache. It is possible that on the computer on which you are logged in, and being logged in, you see a non-cached version of the site.
2) Adblock and similar browser extensions. It is possible that you do not have this extension and you see ads. And they do not see, because they have.

I disabled adblock and here is the result - advertising from contema:

At the bottom there was an ad from Contema, I deleted it, it doesn’t show for me, but it continues to show for others.

Most likely the problem is in the cache.
Server cache, site cache, cdn cache, etc.
