Using google merchant center for two sites? Does it affect SEO?

Hello! There are 2 sites of one company, 1 - domain com.ua | 2 - standard domain that issues prom.ua - prom.ua.
The main site com.ua - work is underway on SEO + contest advertising. No work is being done on the site on prom.ua, just advertising on the site itself. Now we decided to launch google merchant center ads for the site on prom.ua.
1. Question - do I need to create a new Google Adwords account for prom.ua or can I use it on the main site that is being advertised? If the same adwords account is used, will it not affect the SEO of the main site (I mean affiliate sites)?
Can you give any other advice?

I would recommend advertising for the com.ua domain, as advertising can be beneficial for SEO. But if you need to advertise exactly prom.ua, then it's okay, you can do it on the same account and in no way affect SEO.
